I was a first time home buyer and Lily was my realtor throughout the shopping process and eventually I bought a condo in Peachtree Lofts.  I could not be more satisfied!  I spoke to a lot of realtors who all wanted to work with me and quickly realized the value of working with the right person.  From the start I was impressed with her education and the fact that after having a successful career in Finance, she decided to return to the real estate business.  To me, this was a very good sign.  Lily was able to read me well and knew exactly what I was looking for in a property, but more importantly, she understood my style of working together and communicating and negotiating when it came down to the offer.  When we started the offer process, she was aggressive and hardcore and had an impeccable attention to detail.  As a first time buyer I felt completely comfortable with Lily because she thought of everything when it came to the offer, the mortgage, inspections, insurances and HOA issues.  She also makes it look easy and is fun to work with and has a great personality.  I will recommend her to everyone I know and I look forward to working with her again the next time "Life Moves Me".

Elisabeth (Lily) McClellen came to me as a recommendation from a friend, and I am so thankful that I picked up the phone and called her. From the day we talked, Lily was ready to tackle my real estate needs. We started with houses, then condos, then town homes.  I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but Lily listened. She provided me with LOTS of options in the areas/price ranges I specified. I was also on a very tight deadline and she helped make sure everyone was kept up to speed. She kept my family, the loan company, the other real estate agent, and the attorneys on their toes.
